  • Standard Transfer Features are the tools that secure and manage every transfer: Link Expiration, Password Protection, Notes for adding context, and Max Downloads to limit how many times your files can be downloaded.
  • No. Send Atlas is one flat monthly price with no per-GB or per-download fees — so a file downloaded ten times costs you exactly the same as once. The only optional extra is more Active Storage on Pro, priced per terabyte.
  • Yes. You can send up to 5 GB from the home page with no account, and those links last 24 hours. A free account raises that to 15 GB per transfer with links that last up to 7 days.
  • Yes. DCPs and other folder-based packages can be sent as a single transfer, up to 1 TB on Pro.
  • On Pro, recipients can preview common RAW stills and standard JPEG/PNG photos in the browser before downloading.
  • Files are permanently deleted from active storage. Pro users retain files until they delete them or they are auto deleted after 45 days of inactivity (no downloads).
  • Pro includes 1 TB of Active Storage. If you need more, you can add storage up to 5 TB total for $20 per TB per month, or $200 per TB per year on annual billing. You can change it any time from your account; increases are prorated.
  • Yes. Upgrade and the difference is prorated immediately. Downgrade and the change takes effect at the next billing cycle. No cancellation fees, ever.
